Chris Gale 

Executive Chairman

Mr Gale has extensive experience in senior management roles in both the public and private sectors, especially in commercial and financial roles.

He has also held various board and executive roles at a number of technology and mining companies during his career. He was the founder and is currently Executive Director of Latin Resources and has been operating in South America for over 10 years. ​

 

Chris is also the past Chairman of the Council on Australian Latin American Relations (COALAR) established by the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). ​

 

He is also a founding director of Allegra Capital, a boutique corporate advisory firm based in Perth and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

David Vilensky

Non-Executive Director

Mr Vilensky is a practising corporate lawyer and an experienced listed Company Director. He is the Managing Director of Perth law firm Bowen Buchbinder Vilensky and has more than 35 years' experience in the areas of corporate and business law and in commercial and corporate management.

 ​  

Mr Vilensky practises in the areas of corporate and commercial law, corporate advisory, merges and acquisitions, mining and resources and complex dispute resolution.  Mr Vilensky acts for a number of listed and public companies and advises on directors' duties, due diligence, capital raisings, compliance with ASX Listing rules, corporate governance and corporate transactions generally.    

 

Mr Vilensky is also the Chairman of ASX listed resources company Latin Resources Limited (ASX: LRS) and is a Non–Executive Director of ASX listed telecommunications and technology company Vonex Ltd (ASX: VN8).

Tony Greenaway

Non-Executive Director

Mr Greenaway is a geologist with over 25 years of international mining and exploration experience in Australia, Latin America (Chile & Mexico), South East Asia (Indonesia) and Africa.

 

He has been involved with the exploration, development and production of copper, gold, PGE and iron-ore projects with a number of private and publicly listed companies including Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd, Iron Ore Holdings Ltd, White Star Resources Ltd and Talisman Mining Ltd.

 

Mr Greenaway holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from Curtin University and Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Western Australia, and is currently studying towards a Master of Science (Minerals Economics). He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AUSIMM), and the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).

Paul Stephen

Chief Executive Officer

Mr Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia, has held directorships across both ASX and London Stock Exchange listed companies, and has a strong knowledge of operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

 

He was the co-founder and Executive Director of Crusader Resources Ltd, where he oversaw the discovery, development and operations of the Posse Iron Ore mine in Brazil.

 

In addition, Mr Stephen managed the discovery and delineation of over 2.6 million ounces of gold for  Crusader while operating in Brazil, resulting in the company achieving a market valuation of more than A$160 million.

Yugi Gouw

Company Secretary/ CFO

Mr Gouw has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, is a Certified Practising Accountant, and has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.

 

Over the last 10 years, he has worked with ASX companies as both Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer.  

Ross Cameron​

Exploration Manager

Mr. Cameron is a geologist with more than 20 years' of international mining and exploration experience.  He was most recently the Exploration Manager and Senior Geologist at White Cliff Minerals Ltd and Artemis Resources Limited.

 

Mr. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Geology) from Ballarat University and Graduate Diploma in Education from Edith Cowan University and is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (AUSIMM).
